(A) INDIVIDUAL

• Recent Photograph of the applicant customer.
• Copy of PAN card.
• Copy of Photo Identity such as Passport, Driving License, Election ID card or PAN Card – Any one of these to be obtained.
• Proof of Residence such as Electricity bill, Gas Bill, Telephone Bill of landline (BSNL), Municipal Tax Bill and Receipt, LIC policy last premium paid notice and receipt – Any one of these to be obtained.
• If staying in rented premises than copy of rent agreement, or letter from society and copy of proof of resident from above.
• Details of existing Bank account. If enjoying credit limit from other bank, then NOC from that Bank is must.

(B) PROPRIETORSHIP FIRM

• Recent Photograph of the applicant customer/Proprietor.
• Copy of PAN Card.
• Copy of Photo Identity such as Passport, Driving License, Election ID card or PAN Card – Any one of these to be obtained.
• Proof of Residence such as Electricity bill, Gas Bill, Telephone Bill of landline (BSNL), Municipal Tax Bill and Receipt, LIC policy last premium paid notice and receipt – Any one of these to be obtained.
• If staying in rented premises than copy of rent agreement, or letter from society and copy of proof of resident from above.
• Details of existing Bank account. If enjoying credit limit from other bank, then NOC from that Bank is must.
• Proof of Proprietorship such as Registration with Sales Tax authority, or SSI Registration Certificate, Copy of Registration with Local Authority like Municipal corp., Food Drug License etc.
• Proof of place of business like Municipal Tax Bill, Rent Agreement Copy, etc.

(C) PARTNERSHIP FIRM

• Recent photograph of all the partners of the firm.
• Copy of PAN card for Firm and all the partners.
• Copy of Photo Identity such as Passport, Driving License, Election Card, or PAN card-any one of these to be obtained for all the partners of the firm
• Proof of Residence such as Electricity bill, Gas bill, Telephone bill of landline (BSNL), Municipal Tax bill and receipt, LIC policy last premium paid notice and receipt-any one from these to be obtained for all the partners of the firm.
• If staying in rented premises than copy of rent agreement, or letter from society and copy of proof of resident from above.
• Details of existing bank account. If enjoying credit limit from other bank, then N.O.C. from that bank is must.
• Proof of partnership such as Registration with Sales Tax authority, or SSI Registration Certificate, Copy of Registration with Local Authority like municipal corp., Food Drug License etc.
• Proof of place of business like Municipal Tax Bill, Rent Agreement copy, etc.
• Copy of Partnership Deed and copy of Partnership deed registration with registrar of Firms.

(D) PRIVATE / PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY

• Recent photograph of the applicant Customer / Directors.
• Copy of PAN card for the company and all the Directors.
• Copy of Photo Identity such as Passport, Driving License, Election Card, or PAN card-any one of these to be obtained for all the directors of the company.
• Proof  of  Residence such as Electricity  bill,  Gas  bill, Telephone  bill  of  land line (BSNL),  Municipal  Tax  bill  and receipt, LIC policy last premium paid notice and receipt-any  one from these to be obtained for all the directors of the company.
• If staying in rented premises than copy of rent agreement, or letter from society and copy of proof of resident from above.
• Details of existing bank account. If enjoying credit limit from other bank, then N.O.C. from that bank is must.
• Copy of Memorandum of Association and Article of Association duly certified by director of the company.
• Copy of Registration Certificate from R.O. Companies.
• List of directors of the company with Form No.32.
• Copy of Resolution for opening bank account and mandate of operation of account.
• Proof of place of business and copy of Registration with Municipal Corp. for business with copy of Sales tax Reg., SSI Reg. IEC reg. copy etc.

(E) Hindu Undivided Family (HUF)

• Recent photograph of the applicant customer/Karta of HUF.
• Copy of PAN card for HUF and Karta.
• Copy of Photo Identity such as Passport, Driving License, Election Card, or PAN card-any one of these to be obtained.
• Proof of Residence such as Electricity bill, Gas bill, Telephone bill of land line (BSNL), Municipal Tax bill and receipt, LIC policy last premium paid notice and receipt-any one from these to be obtained.
• If staying in rented premises than copy of rent agreement, or letter from society and copy of proof of resident from above.
• Details of existing bank account. If enjoying credit limit from other bank, then N.O.C. from that bank is must.
• Proof of place of business like Municipal Tax Bill, Rent Agreement copy, etc.
• Declaration of HUF on Banks prescribed format with list of co-parceners.

(F) ASSOCIATION OF PERSONS LIKE ASSOCIATION, TRUST, CLUB, SOCIETY

• Recent photograph of all the office bearers with designation
• Copy of Registration Certificate of competent authority.
• Copy of Resolution for opening account with the bank with a mandate for operation of account.
• Copy of Bye-laws of the Association, club, and society. In case of trust, a copy of trust deed to be submitted.
• Details of existing banking arrangement.
• Copy of PAN Card for Society, Trust, Club etc, and Proof of Office of address.
• Name and address with proof for all the Office bearers.
